Scott Coleman, Tewantin Pest Control

Scott Coleman, sole proprietor of Tewantin Pest Control, set up a Virtual Office in 2006 to assist him in getting the admin side of his business organised. Scott had a great business and a solid reputation for his standards but was swamped with the “paperwork” that is associated with running a small business. Noosa Boardroom assisted with his phone answering and bookkeeping during 2007 which allowed Scott to concentrate on doing what he did best – Pest Control. The extra time also allowed him to spend more time with his clients and assisted him in building his customer base.

In 2008 Scott put on his own secretary and leased an office within Noosa Boardroom. He now has four staff and only spends three days a week involved in the pest control side of the business, allowing him to progress his qualifications in the building industry to the point that he now operates as a building surveyor as well.
